The Literary Phoenix

Funny, the damage a silly little book can do. Especially in the hands of a silly little girl.

Lights and stardust
swirl around the moon,
silver and sweetly they sing and saunter
like an Alicorn flying high
above the fantasy world below.

With a wish upon a fallen star,
it flutters its metallic wings,
shimmering horn pointed high
at the twinkling image
of draconis,

Myths high in the velvet sky,
the Alicorn bathes in stardust,
its eyes nightshade,
as it drinks the moon
and soars into legend.
